Intake specimen — The raw request

“Find creators for an AI campaign” is not yet a brief. It is a direction with most operating decisions missing. Isolate the business objective, intended audience, creator role, required deliverables, and approval boundary. Mark unknowns as unknowns.

An AI assistant can organize scattered notes or identify contradictions. A person still needs to decide whether the campaign is meant to educate, demonstrate, introduce, recruit, or sell. Those verbs create different creator requirements.

02

First incision — Separate fit from reach

A profile’s audience size is visible. Suitability for a partnership takes more examination. Define signals before sourcing begins: subject familiarity, presentation style, audience relationship, platform format, brand compatibility, or comfort explaining complex ideas.

AI may help organize lawfully available, permitted public information or create a consistent review structure. Human reviewers should verify sources, consider context, and document why a creator advances or does not.

03

Second incision — Expose the commercial skeleton

State the requested formats, number of deliverables, usage expectations, timing, revision process, and known dependencies. If a term has not been agreed, label it open. If the budget or approval route is unavailable, do not disguise that absence with polished prose.

Interest is not a booking. Selection, agreement, production, approval, publication, and payment are different states. A human should review every external message before it represents the brand or agency.

04

Closure note — Where the owner fits

Recollective provides AI-assisted growth strategy and human-reviewed workflow design. In a campaign context, that can include helping define where AI supports the process and where human judgment remains required.

Within agreed engagements, Recollective says its services can include creator sourcing and commercial coordination. This is a first-party description, not a comparative claim or promise of campaign results. The practical test is scope: what has Recollective agreed to do, and what approvals remain outstanding?
