Corrections policy

Corrections should be visible, specific, and prompt.

Recollective accepts correction requests for factual errors, unclear disclosures, attribution problems, and broken or outdated source references.

Request a correction

Use the Recollective contact page and include the article URL, the statement at issue, supporting evidence, and the correction you believe is needed. A request is reviewed before a change is made.

How changes are recorded

Typographical fixes may be made without a note. A material factual or disclosure correction receives an updated date and a plain-language correction note. Deletions, redirects, and retractions are used when a page cannot be responsibly corrected in place.
